  • If your home is further than a specific distance a small additional fee may apply. You will be notified in advance if this fee applies to you.

  • Some options may be included in certain packages. An additional fee may be required for each option in other packages.

  • If the ad is pulled at any time, placing the ad back on the site will require renewal. 

  • Retakes of any photos will require a $50 fee to offset our time & travel expenses.

  • The signs are property of quadcityhomeshow.com and must be returned in good condition. A refundable deposit is required.

  • The payment guide is provided by  paid advertiser. All terms, conditions, and statements, etc are inherently responsible for by such.

  • Payment is to be made at the time the photographs are taken. (Checks or Cash only). $25 fee for any and all returned Checks

  • (Scheduling a photo shoot and not showing up at the time scheduled is a $35 travel fee to offset our time, gas, etc). 

  • Rescheduling requires a 24 hour advance notice from the time of the scheduled photo shoot.

  • Renewals: 30 days $100, 60 days $150, 90 Days $175, Until It Sells $200

 FLASH TOURS

 
  We have been busy trying to stay on the cutting edge of home advertising. Thus we have enhanced out site with Macromedia Flash.

The flash tours are similar to a slide show with the interaction of a website! Using flash makes your listing very user friendly as the viewer will be able to watch the photos go by while reading about your home.. Less clicking & scrolling! They can also pause the flash tour to look closer at each room. Flash tours are especially great for large properties with vast amount of photos. Vector graphics speed the load time, and the photos are being loaded in the background as the tour plays! Add a Flash Tour to your ad for just $35
